Excellent customer service. I am a regular customer at My Car Nelson Bay. The mechanics are fantastic. This morning I took my car in with a problem on one of my car tyres. They were able to fix the problem and were very friendly and professional during a very busy holiday period.

Unreal service, we popped a tyre on our short stay here in Nelson’s Bay, desperately needed to get the tyre fixed quickly for our trip home, came to Mycar, the lovely gentleman took the tyre from us and told us to come back in the morning before we leave. We came back to collect the Tyre and it was all fixed up ready for us to go! Such quick, efficient and perfect service, cannot recommend this place enough!

Was fueling up next door when I noticed my tyre was going flat! So pulled to the side swapped out my tyre and not only did they sort it out on the spot they offered to put it back on my Ute! I’ve heard about their quality work and I got to experience their quality service! I will be back, thanks fellas! You keep doing great work 🍺

But Mr Nick did his best to explain what did he do with my car and whats need to be change in the future to maintain the car.

My car tyre and auto assisted me today amazingly. I was driving home on my break from work when I noticed a screw in my tyre. I was very nervous and called my tyre and auto, straightaway they reassured me and invited me down to their workshop for it to be looked at immediately. Once I got there they got to work on it without a second wasted. The team was made up of very nice people and the manager who was the one who took my call in the beginning was the best. He helped me through the whole situation in a very reassuring way. I even ended up getting back to work in time which I had thought was very very unlikely given the situation. I would 100% recommend my tyre and auto to my friends, family and anyone needing their services.

Big thank you to Nick who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and had a lot of knowledge about what I can do with my car so it drives it’s best. Thank you for your service and professionalism. Definitely the place to go for all your car needs in the Bay.

Without a doubt, the best service in town. Had a bolt in my tyre and was fixed on the spot. No dramas at all. As someone who relies on their car like the air we breathe, this was the absolute best resolution I could have hoped for.

I had a great experience at this store. The customer service was prompt, professional and of high standard, especially by an employee named Nick. They were able to help me with my enquiry and book me in when need hassle free. I am very happy with the work they have done on my car aswell.

We travelled from QLD with a caravan and got a bolt through our 4wd tyre. Gave this store and Scott, a call and he fit us in within 30 minutes. Service was brilliant!!! Puncture repaired and even gave us the bolt as a souvenir.
Recommend them 1000%.

Found a nail in my tyre late in the afternoon. Showed up to My car Nelson Bay and the boss stopped what he was doing and fixed the flat tyre in minutes. Highly recommend these guys. Cheers

My car Nelson bay were very helpful, I called in to get my tyre pressure checked, they were more than happy to check it for me and even checked all my wheel nuts were tight as well. Fantastic service!

After finishing work it was raining & I noticed one windscreen wiper was broken. I was worried about being able to get it fixed as it was close of business time, but thankfully Nick was more than happy to fix it. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

We'd just enjoyed a lovely day at the beach, only to find the driver's side door wouldn't latch to close (of course at nearly 5pm on a Friday). Sam was so helpful and professional, he took a look at it and was able to fix it for us straight away. A huge relief as we had to drive home the next morning! Awesome service. Went in because my Rav4 front brakes were scratchy and squeaky.
I told them the Toyota dealer at the last service said they were ok but I just wasn’t happy with noise they were making. The guys at mycar Nelson Bay sorted out the problem straight away and no more noise. Great and efficient service.Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will now be taking my car here for servicing
