Pride Prestige

I can recommend Pride Prestige auto repairs. We have a Mercedes CLA 250 4 matic. We had issues with servicing it last year at our usual place. Our neighbour who has a Mercedes put us on to David at Pride. We serviced the vehicle with them, they are easy to contact and friendly to deal with. We had a few issues due to the technology features of the car. David diagnosed the problems straight away and we were fixed within 24 hours. Also unlike our previous place we could actually talk to him direct. If you have a German car and live in Port Stephens let Pride do the job. I don’t normally do reviews but these guys go the extra mile with customer service, good quality repair and cost and are friendly and professional to deal with.

I called Nikki & Dave with a faulty ABS and family stranded in Fingal Bay. They got the vehicle fixed included parts delivery in 24hrs when other workshops wouldn't take a booking for a week. Price was very fair and they were a pleasure to deal with.
