Friendly and informative staff. Clean bathroom and hot showers. We called to book and it was super easy. $40 per two people with a van. The Sand Dunes are walking distance.

It was a great spot ! Chip, very clean and kitchen VERY well equipped ! Perfect location to see the sunset on the dunes !

Beautifully kept park. We camped on an unpowered site and the grass was so well kept and soft. Bathroom was very clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything. The pool looks exactly the same as in the photos. Owners (and residents) were so kind and helpful. The dunes were beautiful, definitely finding a plastic bottomed boogie board for our daughter to ride them next time. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful!

【Great Hospitality】
Stayed in this place during Easter holiday. The other place we initially had a booking told us that they double-booked and no spot available due to late arrival (17:30). Then, we were trying to find a place to camp for 2 nights and eventually arrived this sweet spot.

This place is the family owned business and so kind that they offered us a spot that was not even available. They kindly made a spot for us to stay. We could not appreciate their kindness enough. Very friendly and warm-hearted people.

【Facility】
The facilities are well-maintained and great for young couples and also families as well. Clean bathrooms and laundries.

【Location】
If you are chasing for a camping location near the sand dunes, you cannot find anywhere better than this place. This place is just right behind the sand dunes - probably 5 min walking distance. So, we walked to the top of the sand dunes in the evening and saw the sun set. The sun set I saw there is by far the best in my life. Because of this camp site we could enjoy that much.

【Summary】
I cannot thank enough to the lady who accepted us without booking during the high season. I highly recommend this place if you are chasing the great sun set and stargazing experience at Port Stephens.

We loved so much to stay in this camping that we came back again after few weeks! We rented a spot to park our van and the place was so nice and quiet! Toilets are always clean, the camping is well maintained with beautiful grass and flowers all around. John and his wife are lovely, the camping is in a beautiful location close to the dunes, amazing sunsets in there! Highly recommended to come here if you are around the Nelson Bay Area.

My partner and I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and both times had a great experience. The team are so friendly and helpful and one of the longer term residents was even kind enough to give us some fresh aloe vera when I had terrible sunburn! The location is great with access to the dunes and nothing too far away. Clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities.

Had a lovely stay at the campsite last night. The older gentleman in the office (sorry didn’t catch your name!) was absolutely lovely and gave me some great local tips. If I had more time I would have stayed another night and explored the area a little more. Amenities really clean and sand dunes at sunset are a must.

They have an amazing pool, which I didn’t use because I was busy visiting the surreal dunes which is just behind the property. I saw the most amazing sunset of my lifetime!! Golden and unforgettable!

They are very close to the shops too.

It’s very clean. The toilets were cleaned a few times a day.

I’m considering coming back to stay for longer.

It’s a beautiful family owned holiday park.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend here, John & Jan were extremely helpful throughout the weekend. The facilities were a lot better than I had expected for a campsite, and there was plenty to do nearby - including the sand dunes which are literally minutes walking distance and not to be missed, it felt like we were in the middle east! Thanks so much for hosting our Easter holiday, and letting half the group stay on an extra night at late notice. :D

For my friend Jess and I this was our first time in Port Stephens. Tiki village and the wonderful family who run it made sure it was an unforgettable experience! The service felt personal and genuine I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery and an amazing location! 10/10 would recommend for all ages looking to get away. Thank you again we had the most amazing stay!

The staff is very friendly and their park is super clean and tidy. The camp kitchen offers everything you need for nice breakfast/lunch or dinner. 2 big fridge/freezer combos keep your stuff cold and a decent swimming pool just next to it does the rest.
After an hour we decided to extend our stay to two nights.

You should call in early and secure your space, the place is booked out very quickly.

Overall, thank you very much! We will come back!

What a great camp site! Mostly long-term campers here but everyone was very friendly. Staff was wonderful and advised me to watch the sunset over the dunes - beautiful!! Kitchen was spotless! Bathrooms were also clean and showers hot! No WiFi as far as I know, though. I didn't mind, just be aware.

Loved this place, first time taking the family camping and found this place at the last minute, and what a spot.... A short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded caravan parks... Peaceful and tranquil. The staff were great and helpful and the place backs up to the dunes which the kids loved sliding down.

Great location and service. Very clean facilities, swimming pool well maintained and beautifull trees for shade. Personal camping ground run by a family. Nice walk to the dune for sunset. Our van had a flat tire and John went beyond his duty to help us replacing it. Highly recommended.

The owners are so obliging , even helping to stand our tent.
Ammenities very clean , cleaned twice daily . Pool area and camp kitchen beautifully maintained.
Highly recommended for everyone especially families.
My partner Matt and myself spent Easter there and thoroughly enjoyed it .

We spent another great holiday in Tiki with a few friends. The owner John and his wife are very friendly. The facility is clean, good shower space, close to Anna Bay beach, and well maintained swimming pool. Kids love this village. We will definitely visit again! - Eric

This is an old fashioned caravan park. Lots of old run-down vans and long-term residents. New owners have just taken over and are making improvements while trying to preserve the character. The park has magnificent trees including redgum and silky oak. The toilets and showers are clean and well maintained. There is a pool and open air camp kitchen with everything you need. A great camping spot with easy access to Port Stephens.

We stayed on the non powered site on the grass area, it was peaceful and very well kept. No bindiis or sandflies. The pool was immaculate, the gardens well manicured, and although the amenities looked older they were very well maintained and clean, with both cold and hot water available.
All the staff and permanent residence were very welcoming and happy to have a chat.
