Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Zahraa has been informative and supportive for our son and nurse Sally is always friendly and makes immunisations easier! Very happy with the practice and the service they provide.

This is the absolute worst medical centre I have ever had to deal with. The staff are completely incompetent & exceptionally rude. You are treated like a production line number & not a person. They are a disgrace to the medical industry. If u want person centred care, then go somewhere else, you will not get it here!! I had to give 1 star to write this review but I wouldn't even give then a minus 1 star!!!

Honestly kind of annoyed. The doctors won’t let us come in but I’m worried my 8 month old either has croup or whooping cough.
How are they supposed to examine her chest and cough through a phone call.
Don’t bother ringing for an appointment, if you’re child is sick just take them to the hospital and they’ll actually be examined like a real doctor should do.

Absolutely the most unprofessional run medical centre . Three months for medical records to be forwarded. No record of care plan .No apologies,

Query's were handled abruptly with no empathy, Dr hung up the phone with with saying "okay bye".
