I have used plumbers from various companies frequently. For the first time, I was provided a service by a plumber who was most courteous, articulate and very thorough in his explanation of the work that was required and associated costs. Then indicated that he could do the work required and the costs. The cost quoted was very reasonable and competitive. Griffin Oliver from Country Side Plumbing then commenced working after ensuring I has sufficient water before he starts the work .
Griffin finished installing a ceramic toilet and flush system after removing the old set, cleaning the whole area and disposing of the old system. Griffin was most profession in his approach overall. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone seeking a professional, reliable and trustworthy plumber who is extremely thorough. Exceptional service from Griffin from Countryside Plumbing! We had a leaking shower head that this very poor DIYer had no idea how to fix! Griffin diagnosed the cause of the leak, provided me different options to stop it and then went about repairing it with no fuss. Top shelf plumbing company, would happily recommend to anyone.

These are guys are the best of the best. Over the years, in our old house, these guys have fixed drainage, downpipes & sewer problems, replaced every tap inside & out, chased complicated leaks in walls, replaced our hot water service and two toilet suites. When we need them they respond. They are polite, considerate and work in with our schedules. We can not fault Country Side Plumbing at all and we will continue to use them loyally.

I contacted Country Side Plumbing at 8pm. I explained the drainage issue and we agreed to meet at the property at 8am the next day. The issue was solved within minutes. I had considered hiring equipment and attempting to solve the issue myself, however the equipment would be more expensive to hire than the total cost for Country Side to correct the drainage issue. Mitch and Griffin showed me other issues on the camera - that I would have otherwise had no knowledge of - which involved broken pipes underground and tree roots. They could have remained quiet and took more money from me next time the issue happened again, but they didn't. I can now solve these problems as I have a thorough understanding of what is going on. I was really concerned about calling any company for the first time because I didn't want to chance being potentially ripped off. Country Side Plumbing was recommended to me by 3 local people. Brilliant customer service with great people skills. I will be sure to get Countryside Plumbing from Glenmore Park back again with further work I have planned. 5 star rating. Highly recommended.

Nick, Mitch, and Griffin were professional, prompt, communicated well, and had the entire job completed to satisfaction within time limits they'd estimated and quoted. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured that our property was left in a presentable manner after the dig up and clean up.

5 year old house purchased by me 2 years ago. I began to experience drainage issues with ensuite bathroom. Countryside Plumbing called and came out to help and eventually located the cause. CCTV footage showed the obstruction - there had been a penetration of the sewer pipe by an earth rod during the building of this house - only causing a big problem recently. They had to do a lot of digging down and around to get to it - a new section of sewer line was installed and new inspection opening made for any future access. I hope I never need to use this, however good planning.
An area of decorative pebble/stepping stone down the side of the house where this occurred had to be moved to access for area for the digging. After the work had been done everything was put back in place by the plumber and you would never know what had happened - looking at it now. I recommend Countryside Plumbing as they did a great job in locating the actual cause and doing the job properly.

I've used Countryside Plumbing a couple of times for waterpipe leaks and a cooktop fitting. They have always come out asap and did an excellent job. They are professional, honest, friendly and I highly recommend Mitch and the team. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Countryside plumbing have helped me out a number of times of late, including replacing my old water heater and fixing a number of leaks in my bathroom which were difficult to get to and not easy to repair. They are very experienced, practical and go out of their way to suggest the best/most cost effective way to fix the problem. Thanks to Nick & Griffen. These guys are the best plumbers going - service always excellent and really look after you from first phone call to the last. While away for work Griffen thoroughly completed all repairs over the phone. It was nice to come home to a new shower and basin set of taps and cistern. Will be using these guys again and again.
