I purchased another pair of Italian linen pants online and when the owner realised I was a local (I was getting them mailed to me), she very kindly offered to drop them off. So lovely because it was definitely out of her way. Lovely clothes in this shop and their stock is constantly changing... worth a look in their Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay stores.

I purchased an item for my daughter whilst on holidays & was reassured I could post it back if it didn’t fit .Unfortunately I had to post back & was sent a store credit. I had misplaced the store credit so I rang the shop & was refused any form of replacement even though I had the tracking receipt for the item I had sent back .Like really in reality how many items would be sent back by mail ??? I’m pretty sure someone in store would recall that the credit note wasn’t used .So every time I see a post from this store it still infuriates me 3 years later & by the way my purchase was $70 & I also purchased a leather belt worth $100 the same day .I may as well have thrown $70 in the bin . Very disappointing behaviour 😟
