This beautiful shop was amazing. We arrived at Nelson Bay on holiday and found we had left our 2 year olds teddy at home. I immediately google the type of bear and found this store stocked them. I called them right away not realising it was their closing time and the lady was amazing. They kept the store open so my husband could run down and grab one. Incredible customer service we highly recommend them. We are even going back tomorrow to buy another gift for a friend to support their business. Big thankyou 😊

Amazing customer service!

All the pricing in store is not including GST, we were pretty surprised to be asked to pay an additional 10% of our purchase at checkout.

Upon entry there was absolutely no greeting. I asked the lady behind the counter if she stocked a particular brand and she said no in a very unenthusiastic and dry manner boderline rude. I went back with my family to purchase a bow for my daughter and it was extremely hard to get her attention and off her mobile. Purchased I however extremely poor customer service no thank you etc, I wanted to also purchase a carousel and swimming items however we felt unwelcomed and went elsewhere.
