I purchased an MG4 EV here in November 2023 and dealt with Craig, who was a very pleasant and personable guy. The whole process was excellent and I'm very pleased with the new car. Still discovering all the different aspects and features of owning an electric vehicle. It's been a fun ride!

I purchased a Kia and dealt with Geoff, he has outstanding customer service and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entirety of the process. Geoff went above and beyond to ensure i was looked after. Appreciated the welcoming nature of him.

Although i had a rather painful experience with the business manager.

Emmarose and all the staff were so helpful to my needs and expectations. For the first time in 42 years I have finally brought my first ever brand new car. Highly recommend heartland MG. Brendan had outstanding professionalism, wisdom and attention to detail. I really appreciated the fact he wasn’t your “typical” sales man who was pushy. I will defiantly be choosing Brendan for my future MG purchase as my whole brand new car sales was great.

Luarna was incredibly helpful and honest. I never felt rushed or pressured and as a first time car buyer, she took the time to explain things that I wouldn't have had a clue about otherwise. After being barely acknowledged at other dealerships, the service at Heartland, especially Luarna, isn't even comparable.
