Could not fault the staff. Always willing to assist and are extremely helpful. Scripts are filled quickly with very little wait.

We have been customers of this pharmacy for sometime. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The pharmacists are wonderful. Recently had our fifth covid shot done by Asmaa, one of the pharmacists. As she did with our previous shot, made sure we were fully comfortable with everything to do with the vaccination. Asmaa is such a lovely person. Thank you.

The pharmacists and floor staff are always helpful with answering my questions and quite efficient with dispensing the scripts.

People griping about wait times are impatient and probably complain about slow service everywhere they go because things take actual time to be done.
I’m always happy to wait for excellent service and an owner who is happy to order-in special things and non-stocked items for you.
If you want faster than their already consistently prompt service, use google to find out the “busy periods” and visit at one of the many “quieter times”.

Unbelievably unique quality top-notch customer service at Cadden’s Terry White. I salute Bella. Bella has gone above and beyond my expectations of what customer service looks like. I am in NSW from the West for a few more weeks than anticipated initially. I rang out of medications I require. Bella on her own esteem made contact with my pharmacy in the West and I now have all my medications. People like Bella are why I love this country. Hats off Champion keep up good work stay strong. 💪

Exceptional customer service and extremely friendly staff. As soon as you walk in someone approaches you to help out. Even when you call they greet you with such friendly tone.

I recently went in with my father for his booster shot, pharmacist Peter was super helpful in providing what’s needed as my father is non resident and actually allowed us to finalise online registration instead of cancelling our appointment.
He accommodated us even when they were closing in 10 mins. I will never go to any other pharmacy.

I’m editing my review from two weeks ago, it was pretty scathing and I am sorry as I was in a lot of pain and frustrated with the procedure to get my script. Today 13/2/21 I went back to this same pharmacist and she couldn’t have been nicer, she apologised for the previous experience explaining the procedure she was bound by and even offered some information on a particular medicine called PEA that may be very beneficial to me moving forward in treating my chronic pain. I have only just recently heard about this treatment on a Facebook chronic pain group so I’m glad she mentioned it and is going to order it in for me. I was very frustrated by my previous experience and tend to get quite angry when in pain so my apologies to your lovely pharmacist. For viewers...make sure you weigh up negative reviews with positive ones because sometimes we can be quite horrible when we’re in a bad head space with physical pain!
