Zachary was lovely when helping me out at the self serve checkouts. An hour after I got home I realized I had left the cash I withdrew at the register. I called and was advised that Zachary picked it up and had put it aside for me. Every staff member I dealt with were lovely and friendly.

The new Coles store has a fresh atmosphere and is well laid out with short aisles, making it easy to get what you need quickly.

Big and well stocked. Look for items on sale to save a bit of $$$

Decent prices, fresh produce but depends what time of the day you might be there as everyone will be after those. Clean and well presented. Easy to find items specially when you read those cards at the end of each aisle.

They have such a great selection of foods and goods. Easy shopping nice wide aisles.

It was a nice change to have a look around Coles ( and get some things that woolworths doesn't stock like T2 lemon grass and ginger tea and loose dogs treats) St Mary's only have woolworths or aldi now.

The customer service is very good here. Keep it up!

It is basically the same as the other main Coles shopping in Penrith.
Since it is in Plaza, the parking is a bit better.
Otherwise, everything is similar to the other one in Penrith.

Great to have a grocery store where you can get everything you need in the one place! No more running from store to store. Perfectly positioned.
Only ever one person at a checkout, if your lucky. Need a lot more staff.

Large Coles, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit.

Customer Service is excellent, the staff are very helpful..

Shopping around 8pm in the evening ensures an easy time to shop and fast check out.

not sure why Penrith needs 2 Coles but. big and bright, easy to find things here. the lady at the seafood counter was helpful and went in the back looking for the item I wanted because it wasn't displayed.

Always great to visit now that Coles is now on the Eastern end of Westfield, before the move we never walked to the western end, now we shop at Coles

Nice new shop. Clean and tidy, hope it makes woollies and aldi more competitive instead of colluding.

This is a brand new store and it's very well set out. Has a great self-serve.
