Starbucks Westfield Penrith

I regularly drop by here to study and am always impressed by the service, I’ve never waited longer than 3-5 minutes for a drink; the staff are efficient, good at their job, and seem to actually enjoy working together. I popped by on halloween, one of the boys had on a spidey-mask and was vibing out to the spider-man soundtrack, twas a sight to see. solid place 😄👍🏻

I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff at the westfield penrith store. Always good service and the girls are always warm and friendly even when they are getting hammered.

Love the coffee and love the cozy atmosphere inside. They follow the social distancing restrictions and all.

Make sure you get the Starbucks Australia app on your phone before ya go as it gives you discounts and stuff (like buy 9 and the 10th one is free). With the app, you can scan your QR code and still pay with the bank card and still get that purchase counted (you don't always have to top-up your starbucks app with money).

The only thing is them getting your name wrong but I mean, that's always funny because they come up with the weirdest name possible! (Sachith -> Jacki xD)

Amazing beverages. I always love visiting the Penrith store because of the lovely staff, but a particular shoutout to Sarah and Meghan. Every time I come in I see their lovely smiles and have beautiful conversations. Wish every Starbucks was like the Penrith Starbucks. Keeps me coming back.

Great coffee, wasn't as crowded as I expected it. The service was friendly and the coffee was ok, about 7/10... Very clean interiors.

Some 50% discounts are on baked items sometimes and the staff is very friendly! Good wifi speeds and also this establishment is COVID-19 safe and thoroughly hygienic

Honestly love this starbucks and the employees who work there. Dont know how I havent written a review yet but this is, by far, one of the best Starbucks I have ever been in. Made great lifetime friends and honestly sometimes just come in to say hi to the employees. You're all amazing especially under all the pressure on busy days xx

One of the best services we had! The two staff who assist us every monday morning are very nice and gentle. They even drew cute characters on our cups (we have posted the photo on reviews). Their coffee tastes so good as well 💖

Order was hot and tasty. Latte was delicious. Store very busy. Could have had an extra person working to empty bins and do some floor sweeping - maybe someone called in sick. Still a very enjoyable visit on a cold day. Great way to warm up.

I've had my fourth Gingerbread Frappuccino today from this Penrith store and it only gets tastier and tastier because it was so amazing 👌👌 This is my most favourite Starbucks store 😍

Was busy when we came as a group of 11 but enough seats for all. Everyone's drinks went well and staff were friendly and food came out quick. Will come again

Really loving the Caffe Verona beans I got from the new Starbucks at Penrith, so I went back and got two more bags to get me to Christmas. This year's Holiday Spice flat white tasted great too. Penrith Starbucks already feels like a good place to meet and talk with friends while gazing out onto the busy streets.
