Amazing! Will order from here again— that’s saying something, because I despise shopping for clothes… I’m very fussy and it’s hard to find stuff that’s flattering for me, a good fit, quality etc. It’s rare that I find clothes I’m happy with, let alone LOVE! I did need to speak to customer support to return a dress, as I picked the wrong size, doh 🤦🏼‍♀ but Tracy was super lovely and helpful, and responded really quickly… it stood out to me a lot because most customer support these days feels so scripted… copy + paste, and leaves you questioning if it’s even a real person, you know? Haha. But yeah, returns weren’t a hassle at all. Now I have two dresses that I love, and I’m so, so happy about that 🥹

When you're favourite store goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Look... the darling Tracy has to usally lock me out of the store as im addicted but I have been working for a couple of months and hadn't been instore and made an online purchase and WHILE SHE WAS ON HOLIDAYS IN VIC of all places she calls me to confirm and chat about the order. Talk about service!
