We started looking around for a new king size mattress - never thinking we’d begin and end our search at Forty Winks.
At not time were we rushed, nor ignored. Jay is a perfect salesman - and worked out a price for us “too good to refuse”!
Purchased on a Sunday, delivered on the Wednesday - and for a small charge take away the old mattress. That’s pretty good.
Our new bed is great - and offers a great nights’ sleep.
And, there’s no credit card surcharge.
You don’t go to Harvey Norman for mattresses-you go to Forty Winks.

I went in there on Sunday 19th May, and received the Best Service from the two guys who were rostered on. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was looked after from start to finish and with every question I had, they answered it professionally. Cannot recommend this store enough. Well done to the staff at Forty Winks - Maitland.

My husband and I recently purchased a new mattress from Samantha. Not only is her customer service astounding, her knowledge about various mattresses and pillows is second to none. I didn’t realise how important it was to have a different style of pillow, depending on the position you sleep in. My neck and back pain has reduced since our purchase as has my husband’s knee pain, as we are now sleeping on a mattress with individual supports on each side. 100% recommend Forty Winks as the place to go and ask for Samantha, she will ensure you are looked after.

Bought an electric lift bed, back a few months ago and didn’t set up the hydraulic motors due to really crappy instructions and ALOT of struggle, moved a few days ago and finally tried again… couldn’t do it myself but figured I’d try calling and they directed me to Damian, who went above and beyond, and I mean GENUINELY. Stayed on the phone for over an hour walking me and my mates step by step, how to put on the motor, which should’ve been easy but we were silly. Never made us feel silly though, cracked a few jokes. Couldn’t have asked for better service. (The second time round, the first time when we bought it we were kind of just told ‘good luck’ lmao)

Helped not only with a bed and mattress for my son but also helped me with transferring money from one bank account to another 🤣. Thank you Forty Winks excellent, friendly and very helpful service. We have bought all of our beds over the last 8 to 10 years at Forty Winks Maitland. The staff are absolutely the most helpful, lovely staff I have ever come across. Recently, I dealt with Casey who bent over backwards to help me with ordering with Covid, keeping me informed, helping it be as painless as possible with signing documents and keeping COVID safe. Even when I forgot to leave money for the delivery driver, he was so kind and helpful. If you are ever making a big investment like a mattress or bed, and you want the very best you need to go here. Not to mention the mattresses and beds we've purchased have only been replaced due to the kids growing too big for their king single. I would never go anywhere else.

The only annoying thing was the display beds are too close and that made it easy for my 5 year old daughter to jump on the whole time!

I can't express how glad I am that I visited this store (on the phone firstly). Ryan advised which product I would need and gave an excellent price. (It was a memory foam mattress topper). It has changed my life. I now average at least 7 hours sleep nightly instead of of 3 to 4. Having tried several suppliers locally I was very pleased to get help especially in these troubled times...I can only pass this on if you need any assistance with bedding....Sleep is so important in your life....

I just had my amazing bedroom suite delivered and installed. Forty winks you guys are fab and the delivery men were honestly worth their weight in gold they really struggled to get my huge 4 poster bed in my home however they never gave up even after saying to me they didnt think it would fit under my arch ways.
You guys rock once again a massive thank you :)

I bought a mattress and a bed frame at this store and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Diane was particularly lovely. I will definitely shop here again and I'd recommend it to anybody.
