Groundstone Cafe

The cafe allows to make a booking in advance which can allow visitors to have a perfect place to stop by amidst limited options available. Staff is really friendly and can cater the needs as per dietary requirements, especially modifying the menu items to suit vegetarian requirements.

Stopped in for breakfast on our recent trip to Orange. Really nice Cafe and location, service was great and the food came quickly, even on a busy Saturday morning. We both had the Magic Burger with halloumi which was absolutely delicious, hit the spot! Will definitely return next time we are in town.

We loved food. Presentation was outstanding and food was very tasty. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend to all visitors to Orange county.

Great location. Was bustling when we went during Easter break...during autumn it was loverlooking the autumn leaves...friendly staff and the food was really yummy and sumptuous. Highly recommend it

Friendly service and delicious food. My girlfriend and I had a Green Juice each which was just right on a hot day. I had the Savory Crumpet which comes with an Asian style fried egg in a sweet chili sauce and crispy bacon whilst my Gf had th eveggie bowl with haloumi. Thoroughly recommend. A little more shade outside would not go astray though.

Great food. Staff were friendly, fast and professional. Food was out on my table in 10mins. Was a little bit pricey but would happy to come back again.

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Greeted in arrival. With menu at table easy to order while scoring a table when busy. Food was good quality had the quiche and salad, fresh and tasty. Pricing competitive. Coffee great. Pleasant experience. Not only recommend but will come again

Food done right. Each element on my plate was considered, cooked properly and compliments the other ingredients. Eggs perfectly poached and served with white and black sesame seeds. Extra texture, beautiful presentation. I would use nigella seed (as I do at home) but love that seeds were used. Its those extra details that elevate the dish. Tomatoes cooked properly and herbed. Im constantly frustrated being served undercooked tomatoes with no flavour. Nice to finally find a place that takes the time to cook them properly. The Tomatoes paired perfectly with the spicy chorizo (and also the haloumi that i stole from nieces plate). Flavourful mushroom. Plentiful bacon and sourdough. I didn't even need to season this dish. "The Feast" was perfect and will get me through until tomorrow. Great coffee, in a mug big enough to swim in. If you want a meal that's considered and a cut above, Groundstone is the place for you. Ill be back when I visit Orange again.

We were just passing through Orange on the way back to Sydney and made a spur of the moment decision to go here and WOW, best decision! The atmosphere is lovely and the food was out of this world. We got the potato waffles (bacon on the side as one of us is vego) and the apple pancakes. Everything was amazing - can't recommend enough! PSA: book a table if you can, we went midweek so were fine but the staff mentioned they're usually all booked up!

Hands down one of the friendliest places I’ve been to. Great value for your money and the food was beyond great. Staff are so nice and helpful.

Great spot, easy parking and healthy breakfast. Nice coffee too! Make sure you book ahead. Extra points for being open on the long weekend when many other places didn’t trade.

Amazing meal that myself and partner always look forward to on our trips to Orange. Great coffee and amazing staff who really do go above and beyond for their customer service even when not at all required. A must stop for anyone.
