Ben was very welcoming and thorough. He read my scans and reports prior to treating me which made me feel confident in his ability.

The entire practice is lovely and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family members looking for a new physio.

I can't praise Ben at Holden Hill high enough as he is really making a difference to my quality of lifestyle. With his expertise and good nature he is a real gem and I never want to go anywhere else. Plus, anyone who can cope with my sense of humour deserves a medal. Thanks Ben you are an absolute brick.

I have seen Ben for over a year now, having come to him with complex shoulder/scapula issues that remained unresolved by previous physios, which has led me to loose a bit of faith in physiotherapy. Ben has made me believe again and now i am able to lift and move in day to day life to my fullest potential. Ben goes above and beyond, i will see Ben till he retires.

I have Chronic pain and see Natalia (massage therapist) Ben and Ricardo (physio therapists). My experience is that they all are very professional helpful and always explain what is happening. I love My Physio My Health and will keep attending as long as needed. Natalia is wonderful and is look forward to my weekly massage. This is a VERY busy practice and receptionists are extremely busy and great to deal with.

I was able to get in the day I was injured. I saw a friendly, thorough and personable physio, who explained what he was doing each step of the dau and gave me some exercises to continue with and a follow up appointment.

My daughter is autistic and the physio was very accommodating, treating her with great consideration

Ben Smith has been wonderful assisting me in the recovery of a sports related injury, encouraging me to continue training whilst prescribing rehabilitative exercises. A very knowledgeable physio, and great team also 😊

Great experience from the moment you walk in - reception staff were lovely and really welcoming! This was my first physio appointment and I saw Abhilasha, she was amazing. Very friendly, great sense of humour and all-round just made the whole experience super easy and relaxed. If you're looking for a great physio then I'd say she should be your go to :)

Ricardo was amazing. He gave me strategies and exercises to help me now and prevent the pain long term. I've just bought a Pilates reformer for at home. And he is helping me create customised workout routines to meet my goals.
