Hey Jude Cafe

I came here with my fellow family members. We decided to order the tacos and they were mouth watering, my jaw dropped I couldn’t get it back up. It’s great how you able to get rid of the toppings the you don’t like. The steak is cooked great not under or over cooked and very juicy. The juice itself is wonderful the refreshing apple and orange juice made my whole week. When we finished our food one of the fellow workers delighted us with a chocolate raspberry muffin for free no PAYMENT. I 100% recommend inviting all your friends over to this cafe and it’s great for breakfast and lunch. Overall the food was great .

We had the Cilbur eggs, Steak tacos and Pancakes (don’t judge) and everything was outstanding- and after trying the housemade hot sauce I was hooked.
Great service from floor staff recommendations to the food presented beautifully… best standards I’ve seen this side of the city.
I now have the hot sauce in my fridge as I couldn’t wait for the next time I visited 🤤
I’ll be back soon for sure.

The ambiance is clean and relaxing, with a friendly staff. The food is exceptionally good; I personally find it even better than the shops in South Yarra.

Happened to be in the area and came across this cool cafe! Met the new owner (Daniel) and enjoyed a great coffee and snacks. This place has a great vibe and awesome menu. Look forward to returning. Highly recommend 👍

We enjoyed our brunch here. Friendly staff and good weekend vibe for breakfast/brunch. Not too crowded as we arrived around 8.30am on a Sunday.

If I had to give negative comments, it would be the salty sausage and bacon, and soggy hash brown.

We really enjoyed our brunch here, everything has exceeded our expectations. You get what you paid. The hash brown appears to be made from scratch but it’s absolutely delicious. The avocado is amazingly presented. The potato chips that came with my boy’s kids meal comes with potato skins and it’s nicely seasoned with chicken salt. My wife also enjoyed her Hey Jude Halloumi. Seriously, everything is cooked perfectly here. Finished with an amazing takeaway coffee. Staff are also great. All this has made our day, and we will definitely come back for more.

I’m new to the area and this is by far the best place to go. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I’ve tried a variety of dishes on the menu, the Steak Taco’s, Lamb Kofta and Japanese Soufflé Pancakes, all which were mouthwatering and so tasty.

It’s really great to go to a place which has a menu with variety and is different from everything else in the area but has also a few traditional meals which covers all the bases.

The coffee and juices are also a hit. I get mine from there every morning and afternoon which I can’t be without.

I highly recommend you try this place to see for yourself.

Great food, service a tad slow, atmosphere a little noisy, bit of a tight squeeze with the table seating, but overall enjoyable!

Coffee and food at Hey Jude was exceptional as was the service! It was a busy Sunday brunch and the coffee and food came in excellent time - coffee was so good I had to have a second one! Highly recommend.

Hey Jude is such a stunning venue for events and functions, and WOW, the grazing platters are next level AMAZING! I was lucky enough to perform for a Christmas Party here last night, and the staff made sure that I was well looked after and comfortable throughout the entire evening. Even being hired to perform for the event as vendor, the staff made me feel as if I were a guest and ensured that I was hydrated and well fed through the evening. HIGHLY recommend for events, functions and even weddings!!

Very welcoming to a group of 6 without a booking. Service/Staff were impeccable and enjoyable. Food was amazing and the coffee even better.
Food servings are on the larger side, so make sure you take someone you can share with!

Very kid friendly. Excellent coffee. My meal was lovely and fresh lots of different flavours. Kids pancakes were nice but had an excessive amount of maple syrup. Overall I would say it's a great little brunch spot, not far from the park.

Good food and coffee, nice environment. Would like to come back again, not living close to the place but the food and service make you worth to travel.

The setting was nicely decorated and gave a modern feel to it. Coffee was great, no burnt taste to it and was very smooth and creamy. Went to get the baked eggs and had no complaints about it other than not having enough bread. Overall I would come again!
