I needed to change a leaking washer and had a deadline with a house inspection in an hour. He got me to send a photo of the recalcitrant tap then walked me through the process of changing the washer. He also offered, at no change, to pop up and change it for me

If this is the standard of service that is offered to anyone who just rings for advice, I can not imagine what a paying customer would receive

Dear diary #001

Today at reece the curly haired manager yelled at me, because I was complaining that the barcodes were on the male part of the 100mm fitting.

I felt like this was a reasonable thing to complain about, however Mr curly didn't think it was.

This didn't ruin my day because I got to spend it with my best friend, Mr established 1993.
