Great space to work out with plenty of equipment but best of all is the friendly helpful trainers and 24/7 access.

Super impressed with this gym, I just started my gym journey again and the staff are so nice and make you feel very at ease, the membership fees are really good actually priced fairly for a small town even the personal training rates are really cheap compared to what I use to pay when I lived in Sydney,very affordable in my opinion and they have a large range of equipment and classes are included in your membership, I recommend this gym to everyone and anyone.

Family friendly and supportive to achieve your goals

Have decades of going to gyms. Perhaps like this one most of all. ‘Old school’ feel and more than enough equipment for any programs plus plenty of space for an expanded range of exercises. Great staff and clients.
