Shocked and a bit saddened to hear of Rebecca's unfortunate experience, obviously misunderstanding and rush hours could have been a major factor here, in saying all that I have had many dealings with Rosemeadow Newsagency/Post Office and have had wonderful friendly service by all the workers there.

They do me fine for what I need.

The postman need to read the note on the parcel, please! If it said "Authority to leave in the safe area", don't give me the note paper to pick up the parcels In The post office. It's pretty annoying especially when it happend a few time in a week. I Just pickup in the morning, and when arrived at home, I got the note paper again, with the same note. "Authority to leave in the safe area". Seriously...?!?

Ots part of the newsagent hemce you can wait a while.

Can be long waits picking up a parcel as the housos love to line up and pay dribs and drabs off their phone and "lekky" bills . Or dicey muppets sending cash back home via western transfer take forever... just get a laptop and pay your bills online or transfer between banks legit like everyone else has the last 15-20 years.

I understand that Post Offices get very busy from time to time and perhaps more so during these Covid times. Today I have phoned the PO and each time, their end has been picked up but no acknowledgement of my call or attempt to answer - I could hear background voices but after the 3rd time of this happening and a wasted total of 33 minutes, I will go to see them personally and complain bitterly to them. An incredible piece of disservice and ignorance has been shown to what is supposed to be a service provider. The only service I have received is $Hi! I'm just sorry that there is not capacity to give a zero score.

I made a formal complaint...I have peripheral neuropathy, which means my nerves in my hands & feet don't work properly, resulting in me being a little slow & clumsy with my hands (think writing, holding small things like pens, & getting my licence out to give to someone). I accidentally dropped my licence on the counter when I was attempting to hand it to an older woman of Asian decent who didn't speak English, who then proceeded to abuse me profusely for 'throwing' my licence down on the counter. I tried to explain to her my condition, & that it makes me clumsy, even asking someone else behind the counter to translate (whom was also of Asian decent & was speaking to my attendant in another language), in the hope of assisting the older female attendant to not be upset, but to know I meant no harm or offence. She continued to abuse me, even to the extent of almost yelling "What [is] clumsy? This [is] NOTHING! You [are a] LIAR!" Another customer tried to explain along with me what I was trying to say, however I turned to this customer, thanked her genuinely for her support, & I walked out of the Rosemeadow post shop without collecting my post item, as I was so upset & ashamed for being affected by a medical condition I have no control over. I am an Occupational Therapist, who has a comprehensive understanding of disability & the rights & freedoms which those with disabilities are allowed under international conventions, & this was a blatant disregard of my basic rights. It took me a couple of months before I could go back, & im alway on my guard in case more abuse comes my way due to their lack of knowledge of legislative requirements when dealing with people with disabilities, & lack of basic comprehension in English. Not a good representation of what should be a progressive & inclusive Australian community.
