McDonald's Rosemeadow

Ordered delivery literally just a sundae with no chocolate sauce cause I wanted was an ice cream as I’m allergic to chocolate. Only to recieve my sundae drowned in chocolate sauce. Now I have no use for this sundae and can’t do anything about it since they never answer their phone and I got it delivered which kills the whole purpose. This place sucks, will happily travel an extra 15 mins to ctown maccas

Found food fresh and hot, place is clean for being busy

I genuinely feel sorry for this maccas location since it's always packed with people and I can tell whoever manager is working they're doing their best to get everything through. Besides sometimes slow orders (for obvious reasons) I haven't had a problem with this maccas

Service is usually very good. Food is pretty much always fresh and well prepared. The store can be a bit busy, but the staff usually handle this with aplomb. But when things god bad with your order, which is rarely, they tend to go really bad.

Very slack service with attitude from one guy. Cold chips and wrong burgers. However another nice young guy replaced our chips and gave us fresh burgers, so they redeemed themselves. Pity all their staff aren't as polite and helpful.

Ordered a fairly large order last night and was happily accommodated by staff member Jessica. Very enthusiastic and polite. Would go to this maccas just to be served by her again. 5/5

My first experience at rose meadow Maccas! I ordered a mcChicken and the chicken was gloriously cooked. It was juicy and tender, but also perfectly crispy on the outside. Thanks to whoever cooked it, I'll definitely be back soon!

The 17-22 year old guy with the checkered shirt that served drive through at 10pm on Friday the 28th of August is fantastic!! He was very polite and enthusiasm was showing a lot!!! :)

Amazing customer service from Grace Dunne. Addressed my no pickle on cheeseburger problem immediately. This amazing worker deserves to be manager!!!

Gave me cold fren fries and cannot eat.Ordering happy meals and specially for a book order online but they gave me a toy.Need to check details before give to customer and management need to train the staff more traning.

Realy good like that they are bringing your food to you even if you oder at the counter, like their $5 mac feat meal at the moment great for the budget. Staff very freindly

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff; very clean premises; quick service and nicely prepared meals with hot drinks. A pleasure to go there.

McDonald's Rosemeadow has very friendly and helpful staff. I always use the drive through and I generally get my order straight away.
