Just wanted to send a big thankyou to Liam King From Grant Chuggs plumbing. He installed our Reclaim Hot water Heat pump. Was fast efficient explained everything from start to finish made it look so tidy. Great professional Job. Thanks 😊. I also want to say anyone thinking about getting one of these hot water systems, well worth it. With standard hot water service was between 9/16kw per day we have not had above 2.5kws per day since installation of our reclaimed hot water service. Very impressed. Thanks again Liam King. Legend.

We had a small problem at our new house with the hot water. No need for details but after calling GCP - Grant Chugg Plumbing we were pleasantly surprise by a call from Daniel an hour or so later saying that he was able to visit us within the next hour. Wow, yes please, Daniel and his mate turned up found the problem, checked out all our plumbing and got us sorted. I bought an old 1900 miners cottage in Beaconsfield which had old taps etc and no safety hoses. Ash came out and was so friendly with my elderly mum and changed everything over easily. It has made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with outside water control valve in our garden ...
Tim arrived about 30 mins early but started work to replace the valve as soon as he arrived,
Tim was very courteous and got the job done quickly even though it was in a very awkward location in the garden,
He also improved the placement and arrangement with being extreme so that I expect it will be more functional in future.
And then he tidied up as much as I would expected under the circumstances..

Overall, I am really pleased with the service from GC Plumbing.

On Sunday evening I discovered that I had a leaking pipe just outside my kitchen wall. On Monday morning I rang a very pleasant & helpful lady at Grant Chugg Plumbing and by 10.15 a friendly & cheerful plumber had arrived to repair a hole in the copper pipe. Despite it being in a very awkward position, it was all fixed within an hour. I would heartily recommend Grant Chugg Plumbing Services.
