photos as requested.
12 Dec Multiple emails requesting details on how to return sandals
13 Dec Told they will send a return label in 48 hrs
16 & 19 Dec Chasing Return Label
24 Dec Finally Received Return Label (but I’m now aware on
Christmas holidays)
6 Jan Returned Sandals
8 Jan Auspost tracking shows they have been delivery to Bokyna
14 Jan Chasing Refund
15 Jan I had to send the tracking details to prove the sandals had
been delivered
16 Jan Told I would receive refund in 7 Days
23 Jan Still waiting for refund

I like the others here think the companies return policy is a scam and that the shoes don't look anything like the photos. They're very uncomfortable.

Claim to be blister free. But the cork soles blistered the balls of my feet badly. When I made a complaint I was blamed and was told I probably bought the wrong size plus they are out of warranty.

Ordered the purple shoes. Look great but do not stay on walking. Near impossible to walk with them and have them not slip off

Do not buy from this company. Returned my item and am still waiting for a refund. Unable to contact anybody at the business to follow up. Have now lost my money - unacceptable
