Rocco was so helpful. I needed a wine for an event and had no idea what to get he went and explained the best selling ones and what he has heard about. He also had great service!!! Thank you Rocco!

Regular Woolworths I go to and went into BWS on the 6/ 4 at night.

The man that was on had headphones in while serving me and did not even speak a word or smile. I had wanted to scan my Woolworths card and it was scanning on the wrong machine and he just pointed at the right machine like I was a fool.

Got better service from staff inside Woolworths. Obviously had no intention of wanting to be there.
