My Family Health Medical Centre - Willowdale

Rare to find a receptionist like the one here as she is kind, patient and caring. No problems with the doctors here, as a matter of fact a doctor at another practice just told me to take antibiotics for a wound, the doctor here cleaned my wound and all healed up without antibiotics.

Normally I don't leave reviews but I had to ackowledge the wonderful experience I had with Dr Rebecca today. The best encounter I have had with a doctor in a long time. She was so welcoming, patient and very thorough. True embodiment of what a doctor who actually cares about their patients and not just their job looks like! Thank you :)

Dr. Hasan has been looking after my entire family & I am very happy with the treatments received, advice & the way he approaches his work. He is very professional, friendly and carries all the procedures with ease and that really makes such a big difference!
He is not only my medical Dr, but he is also my cosmetic Dr. He put his diamond touch to my face by injecting botox and filler.
If there is a higher rate than 5 will definitely gave it with no doubt!!

A fantastic medical centre. Receptionists are fantastic, All drs are great. The nurses are fantastic. The pathology is generally reliable. I find it bizarre that people are complaining the centre no longer offers walk in services. Welcome to the pressures of the general practitioner I find walk in services to take an exceptionally long time. At least with appointments you know when your appointment is and you don’t have to wait for the 40 other ppl that arrived before you to see the dr. I moved to Sydney about 3 years ago and I have been seeing a dr at Willowdale since I moved here and I’ve now moved away from Willowdale and I still actually return from 6/7 suburbs away to see my GP. I love the fact I can book appointments it’s great!

Im a regular patient of the practice and the service is amazing from the receptionist and doctors..the process of seeing a doctor has changed from walk in to booking which I find it so much better as your not waiting for hours to see the doctor.
For those who complain that they are appalled as they can’t see the doctor because they walk-in, call the practise and ask the receptionist if they do walk in or booking prior to rocking up at the practise.

The recptionist and staff and very friendly, helpful and caring especially Cathy and Monika.
Dr Mallik is our family doctor. He is always so kind and helps us out in everything that he can especially with our 2 year old son.
We are very impressed with Dr Mallik at @willowdale medical centre.
Waiting time is sometimes long, sometimes short as expected due to the amount of people visiting in peak winters.

This medical centre amazing , amazing nurse and doctors, and i will mention the receptionist always helpful always looking out for your needs , Diana especially always assisting my father in law if im unavailable to attend his appointments with him . Doctor Malik and Doctor Abbas always know what is going on know there patients well , dont feel like just another number walking in the doors feel like they know me as a person . highly recommend

I don't normally write reviews, particularly regarding medical centres, however, I am truly grateful for the incredible care I have received in the management of my chronic health problems. The staff here have gone above and beyond in ensuring the effective coordination of the multiple specialists, testing and treatments I've been provided with recently. As I am still quite young, I have found navigating the health system quite difficult. However, Dr Hashimi's friendly, engaged and professional approach to coordinated care has made this process effective and manageable, and the feeling of being supported whilst navigating my current health challenges has been amazing. Very happy to have this practice in our community and I truly recommend.

Dr Hassan is just an amazing doctor. Diagnosis when you see him is always spot on. Nothing is to much trouble for him. I went through a terrible time with a reaction to the Covid Injection. Dr Hassan was so supportive. I felt safe knowing he was my Doctor.
I have recommended many people to him. If you are looking for a doctor who cares its Dr Hassan.

Our experience with this medical center has been exceptional. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. We were very pleased with the service provided by our of GP Dr Hasan Hashim . Took my son to have a check up. This was our second trip to this medical centre , and to be honest our first experience was awful,the doctor we saw was not good with kids. But our second experience today was amazing . Yes there is a wait as it's a walk-in , we had 5 patients waiting before us. So we went and completed our grocery shopping from Coles next door, when we returned there was still one patient waiting before us. When we got to see the doctor, he was amazing . Dr Alaa was so amazing with my son and listened to our concerns and was very professional . This was our first time having a consultation with him, and he spent his time very patiently with us. I am glad that we have found a good doctor close to home. The reception staffs are nice and the medical centre is quite clean.

Always feel taken cared of at this medical centre. The ladies at reception are so professional, kind and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for taking care of our family!

I love this medical centre its so clean and the reception staff are so welcoming and beautiful. I drive from greenfield park to see Dr Hassan, he is incredible with my son and so gentle with him when his not feeling the best.

I have had nothing but the best experience at Willowdale medical centre. All of the ladies in reception are so helpful, especially Diana and Monica. They go above and beyond and even help me when I need assistance with my children.

What wonderful reception staff nothing was a bother for them great bunch of gals and helpful. Dr Padma was very good he really listened to my concerns and took the time to talk me and help me out. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the local area.

Wonderful practice! Did my glucose test here with Carla the nurse - she was incredibly patient with a busy treatment room! Special mention to Diana, in addition to Carla who went above and beyond! Keep up the great work!

I reviewed this medical Centre a few months ago and can honestly say how much of an improvement I’ve seen. They are such a busy Centre and strive to see patients in a timely professional manner. Such a friendly Centre. Dr feres jerew (apologies if spelt incorrectly) has honestly gone above and beyond to see patients. He was so busy in and out of treatment rooms seeing his patients in a timely and efficient manner. What a credit he is to the medical Centre. I also have to mention Diane and the nurse on today- such lovely and welcoming staff.
