Pharmacy Focus

The only chemist/pharmacy I'll use. The staff know and care for every single member of my family. This is a pharmacy that really cares for every single person who enters their business. No wonder they win Biz of the Year... yes they are that good. I highly recommend Pharmacy Focus for all your chemist/pharmacy/bathroom/health needs.

I've been to many chemists over the last 20 years and this is the SLOWEST service I've ever received. Took over 20 minutes to collect one script, with three employees working and only one person ahead of me who was already collecting when I arrived. Two people who submitted scripts after me were served prior. When I asked about collecting I was told won't be long.... when finally called I let them know the service was appallingly slow. No apologies. I advised the same to the checkout, no apologies and was instead sarcastically wished a good day. They were too busy chatting to people about things completely irrelevant to their actual service to care about any level of speed.

Apparently it’s no customer service if you need compression socks ordered. Pharmacist ignored a customer for over 15mins 3/2/23 served others made phone calls all the while ignoring the customer waiting for him. Customer ended up walking out and going to a chemist that actually wants to provide good service.

sold expired prescription medicine to me on 15th April and the Pharmacist in charge claimed it's not his mistake
. he couldn't find a non-expired med so refunded me. lodged a formal complaint against this life threating malpractice.
