We had an issue with our septic system. Rod was quick to get to our place, diagnose the issue, devise a plan that minimised the cost to us and promptly organised the subsequent works to repair the pipe which was 1.5m below surface. He did a great job, highly recommend.

Our hot water system was failing and we were concerned, as it was located in the roof that we would have serious issues if we didn't address it quickly, Roderick came out in a timely manner within a day of contact and gave us a honest and accurate quote to replace the hot water system, He then ordered it and returned to replace within a week, relocated the new system it to a safer location, and then dealt with the old unit. Must admit my husband and i got quite a shock to find his team onside early this morning on time and had everything installed before lunch time. Fantastic work, Highly recommend!
