Never again.!!!!! Customer service is non existent should be renamed customer stress. They sold me a faulty faux marble table. Lodged a complaint. Their representative came and saw the damaged table and agreed was manufacturer's fault, and yet the idiot on email and phone refuse to replace or offer some sort of credit or refund.This table has caused more stress than happiness.
Overpriced, and under quality. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Your head office and your store are aware ( ticket number provided) numerous emails back and forth since before Christmas with no resolution, and last male person spoken to was condescending and rude.... hoping for a resolution this afternoon or will be pursuing matter further via consumer affairs. Spoke with Elly(head office) who has sent internal email and promised a call to resolve TODAY.

DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TIME

We purchased a sofa, came late (don’t be fooled with their dates), and 4 legs were missing!!!!!
It’s been 2 MONTHS now and we are still waiting!!!!! We have called them MANY times but NO ONE is responsible or giving us any exact response/update. The service team is just a joke, sitting there and doing NOTHING. Very annoying and extremely disappointing with the way they are running business. Even they don’t deserve 1 star….

What a tale of 2 different stores, after spending over $9000 at your Springvale store and Elite service from Alan, quite a surprise to turn up to your outlet and be in negotiations for a couch when our 6 year old son needed to use the toilet, only to be refused by the manager on at the time who was lounging on a couch obviously waiting for his shift to end. 28/1/24 at 5.14pm. How ridiculous and it just shows how terrible employees reflect on a company as we are now considering cancelling our purchase from Springvale.

Unsure if they just don’t have anything better to do but all of the staff just seem happy to stand in the centre of the store and stare at you like you’re about to take off with a couch - left without buying anything and won’t be checking nick scali again - all good because the couches were foul and tacky regardless
