I was a new patient to this practice. I have found them to b highly efficient n professional. I walked in, filled out the relevant paperwork n I was in to c the doctor in a flash. Got all my results back within 2 days. I couldn’t ask for a better service. 😁😁

Very nice. Ingleburn is so reminiscent of a small town featured in the game Red Dead Redemption, perhaps without horses or buffalo.

My family sees Dr Bose whenever we need medical care. My husband sees him regularly for injuries he sustained while working. Dr Bose is very accomodating, and listens to our concerns thoroughly. Yes, sometimes the wait times are long, other times you get lucky and they aren't. Generally, if you book ahead, the wait isn't too bad. The Telehealth appointments are also super convenient! I am really pleased with the service we receive from Dr Bose!

I went to see dr. Abdullah mamun. He is very friendly, polite and respectful. He has profound medical knowledge. All the staff of this medical centre are very supportive. I highly recommend this place.

We went for the first time to see a doctor and the service we’ve received incredible service from each and everyone at this centre! In particularly the lady at the reception went above and beyond to great information. Absolutely recommended to anyone.

My partner and I have been going to Ingleburn Medical Centre for such a long time now, it's been so long, I can't even remember how long it has been. But, what I can say is, that we were seeing Dr. Hawkins before he moved to his other practice and now we are both seeing Dr. Fatimah! And she is nothing short of absolutely amazing. Dr. Fatimah has never failed to take care of both my partner and me, we see her every four, five, to sometimes even six weeks, but regardless of how long it has been, seeing her again is like we only saw her yesterday. She is such a wonderful doctor! She is generous, and kind, and takes such good care of us. And we feel such joy being in her presence. She always makes us feel at ease! She is the best of the best.

As for Ingleburn Medical Centre in general, it is one of the best I have been to, if not, THE best. The receptionists are always kind, even on their busiest days, which also includes everyone working in the chemist. They always take the best care of us, and in the year and a half to two years, possibly even longer of us going there. We've never had an issue and would never want to go anywhere else. Truth be told, I would give more than five stars if I could. Thank you, everyone that works at Ingleburn Medical Centre.

This Hot Doc is terrific, I don’t have to sit in a waiting room for hours just book the appointment and away you go

We needed one that did bulk billing on a Sunday and we got them! There were no booked appointments so we just went there at 9:45AM on a Sunday and people were already waiting. There was only one receptionist but there were 3 doctors seeing people that day. We waited for 1.5 hours and the doctor called our name. the wait wasn’t bad (they have free wifi).

Great doctor. Wait not too long. Would book appointment again.

Dr.'s like Dr. Subhash Mawji, Dr. Soi Aung, Dr. Harshad, Dr. Lee are excellent with diagnosis. Wait time is more than few hours back but I don't mind waiting to get best treatment and right diagnosis.

There's a option to make a booking and then there's no long waiting time.

In case, I don't make a booking then I won't complain about the waiting time.

Minh, Physiotherapist is excellent.

Only one thing is very bad, and disgusting that some Dr.'s wearing a handglows use toilets and they still having handglows before entering and after coming out. They should be more hygienic. I avoid seeing those Dr.'s

Dr Bose is an excellent doctor ,he looks after me very well for many years , I always find him excellent manner,clinical knowledge and friendly

Needed a blood test short wait good, then went up stairs for 6th monthly injection another short wait. I recommend making appointment to see Doctor if able makes the wait shorter.
