The dr is really great with children. If you have a 2 pm appointment expect to be seen around 4.30

I have booked an appointment here TWICE and both times they have been closed. Don’t waste your time.

I went to the female doctor yesterday. A very unhelpful, unprofessional doctor. I requested explanation of my iron blood test result and she was very reluctant to explain. I told her I feel cold and is it related to what shows on the blood test result. Her answer was 'I don't know.' Another question, she again said 'I don't know, I only see you for 5 minutes." I thought this is the reason I come to you so you can examine or ask me questions to know more. You are the doctor, for God's sake. She should never use the phrase 'I don't know. Patients come to you for treatments and answers. She has a very passive manner. I sat there for less than 5 minutes and she got more than what it's worth.

One of the worst experience ever for my baby. Visited because it was closer to house and baby needed Medical attention. No empathy at all. Half way during the assessment, she gave up and said ' You need to go to the hospital if i cannot do any assessment." We asked for few minutes so that we could settle our baby. In reply she said 'in that case, I shall call another patient while you do that". Being a health professional myself, i am very traumatized with this behaviour and experience from a GP. I wish i could not give even one star but had to just to post this review.

Booked 9:30am Saturday appointment via Health Engine app but it was closed. There was a small paper stuck on the door of their actual trading hours. Please update your hours on google and Health Engine! Very inconvenient as I couldn’t book elsewhere last minute.

Wait time is ridiculous.. staff are friendly and doctors are decent. If you drive an extra 20 mins you'll still get to see a doctor faster.. Everytime I've asked if I can book an appointment they say they do appointments..

Called so many times ridiculous. No answer. I could be dying.
