Kao Yiu Chinese Restaurant

11/10 this is the greatest chinese food in the whole country. My grandma has loved it forever and i and my whole family have as well. Its worth driving 2 hours to get this food

Went to our trusty faithful restaurant after being mucked around by another restaurant. Kao Yiu always has the best Chinese. I order a dish that is no longer on the menu but they make for me. It is the best! Another great meal from this restaurant.

Got takeaway for 4 adults, cost less than $100 and it was so much food. It was very good value, most dishes were great, however the batter on the sweet & sour pork was a bit thick. Would definitely recommend.

Top food whether you eat in or take away! Lovely owners Eric and Kitty, always look after you. Don't be fooled by the simple decor, they more than make up for it with the quality and quantity of the dishes! 🌷

Been having this Chinese food for years i make a trip out of my own area especially to pick up.

this Chinese restaurant is a treasure for locals and I’ve finally considered writing a review because they deserve the compliment . If a full restaurant and customers walking in and out continuously on a Tuesday night doesn’t prove its good, I cant help you choose a better place. Have been a return customer for 5 years . Tried all Chinese rest’s in the Penrith local area.. hands down the most bang for your buck . Not full of carrot and onion . Just the only thing is they need more staff because of demand .. worth it!

Amazing service, there was a young lady with dark brown hair and she was very helpful and kind! The food was amazing! This was the best food I’ve ever had here! Absolutely amazing, keep up the amazing work guys!

We ate in the restaurant which was clean with friendly staff. Food was quick but delicious and greatly priced. Will be coming back for sure!

Hard to fault; 3 classic dishes did not disappoint, pickup in 20mins and was ready in 15. $63 for 3 dishes and 2x rice was a fair price. Szechuan was firey good.
