Every single person in Austral Pharmacist is extremely pleasant to deal with. Very very helpful and courteous. Never had a better experience than here. I would have given them 10 starts if I could have. Best pharmacy ever!

I called to check on stock availability. They picked up the phone straight away and was very helpful. Parking was available just outside their store & price was very reasonable

of a bad experience and I use the Pharmacy twice a week due to the service I need...The staff are great 👍

Communication is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend to get prescriptions from here if they need to order it in. I went in on Friday and they said it should arrive on Tuesday. I said I’ll pick it up on Wednesday. I paid for the prescription and left my number with them. I arrived on Wednesday morning only to be told there isn’t supply. I wasted an hour in driving in traffic and $20 in tolls. The least they could’ve done was call me to let me know. I assumed this with basic customer service. When I told them that I travelled far to get here they made up excuses about the supply issues because of covid.. covid happened two years ago mate. How bout apologising instead of passing the blame. Said it might be here Friday which isn’t again very re-assuring. I asked them to call me when it comes in.
Update: they left me two voice messages on Monday to let me know it was ready for collection. Came to pick up on Wednesday and they apologised for the lack of communication and showed me a printed email from the supplier about the delay of the prescription due to covid. Spoke to Loan and she was very apologetic and polite.

My wife and I shopped here for more than 30 years, unfortunately due to the lack of care, no condideration of our age and lack of trust by one particular staff member we decided to shop elsewhere!

Thankfully, our new Pharmacist is more far more condiderate of our age and our serious health issues and is closer to home.

I asked about the Covid vac and I was asked to go on a list???

Really rude staff, wouldn’t ever go back. Disappointing to see that a trained health professional (and legally a person who is on the authorised witness list) was unwilling to be professional and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone in the area.
