Friendly staff and very helpful with advice And had everything I needed

There's times when you know you are in the right place. I'm sad to have not written this sooner. Had visited Repco in search of coolant for my performance engine. Was very soon greeted by a cheery gentleman called Connor. Me being unsure of what product was best Connor was quickly out in the car park and under the hood. I was impressed with his knowledge and genuine interest that I was looked after. Even having me laughing as he feigned doing a sniff and taste test to be sure. Of course, without the taste test, and proper references used by Connor I was on my way confident in the product and service. Thank you Connor, thank you Repco.

Great service from sales people very helpful.

Stopped after a 4 hour drive with a missing brake caliper bolt, unlike a few other places I had been to trying to resolve a dangerous issue the young gentleman there was more than accommodating to help match a bolt to get me out of trouble
Not only this he even lent a socket and ratchet to allow me to test said bolt if it would work.

Best service I have had from many similar stores and even other Repco dealers.

So many things on special for Xmas. But I got what I needed very quickly with help from the very happy helpful staff. Love it.

Had a warranty claim on a year and a half old $160 car cover last weekend, thank you to the sales member that took the return and processed the exchange for me on a Sunday morning.

Cannot recommend the Albury store anymore, the staff especially one lady in particular went above and beyond to come to our rescue whilst stuck on the side of the highway, not only that but she bought us out water and sandwich’s too, we were so hungry and she truly restored my faith in humanity, without the help we revived from the company we’d have been down a creek without a paddle!

Good service had the part ready for pick up 10 min aftrr the phone call was made.

Really good, friendly service. I got the parts I required at a pretty good price, quickly and efficiently. The guys here were friendly and knowledgeable, which made my visit a "breeze".
