Didn’t even purchase anything from the store, but the team helped me remove my number plates….For context I was visiting Service NSW right next door to pick up new plates for my car and couldn’t remove the old front plate. Went in to buy something to do the job and they willingly came out with their own tools and helped me out. Thanks again and much appreciated ✌🏻

I could not be happier with the staff from Total Tools, Gregory Hills. I had an issue with a product that did not work as described and they could not have done enough to ensure that I was a happy customer. I will be back to purchase from them as I can rest assured that if I were to have any issues with a product, then it would be handled professionally. I did have a look around the store which was clean and had a large variety of tools at extremely competitive pricing. Thank you once again Total Tools Gregory Hills, 10/10 for service.

New store configuration and setup is now as good as the service you get from these fellas at Gregory Hills! Hands down the best, genuine and competent tool shop experience you can get in person these days.

I had to give a 5 star ratings, solely to appreciate a staff member from Total Tools: Derrick. This was my first lawn mower, trimmer purchase and he was extremely patient in explaining every detail about the products. Thanks to his patience and experience, I bought the products from that store.

The rest of the staff were also friendly, helpful and warm, helping me load up stuff on to my car, etc. Very Impressed, overall with the store!

My next big purchase would definitely be from the same store.

Absolute legends, older gentleman helped me out with what I was after (even though I didn't know the name of the tool I was after). They have there own branded stuff which saves you a bit of money and doesn't compromise quality. Went to Sydney tools, which was down the road, and they're prices and service was absolutely rubbish. Worth driving another 2 min to get to total tools, highly recommend!

The service provided by the sales staff at Gregory Hills is exceptional. If you're interested in getting the right information before you purchase something, make sure you ask for Jeramy, he is a level above. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Staff are always helpful, store configuration is a little easier on the everyday shopper than whole aisles being dedicated to a brand. Overall an enjoyable experience

Superb Customer service with a great selection of tools.

After poor customer service being misinformed at Sydney Tools this mob corrected the information and done it with a friendly attitude and smile.

I know my choice of toys provider from now on.
