Seriously the best customer service in the area at a coffee shop. The friendly smiles compliment their delicious coffee perfectly. A great coffee shop with expanding food range to suit anyone 100% hands down a great cup of joe with a nice atmosphere and fabulous staff.

Two oldies meeting to have a chat. Perhaps more like a robust conversation. We only had coffee (which was excellent) and they gave it to us in mugs rather than disposable cups, which made it taste even better. Good service. Very pleasant.

The coffee is prepared with love and that's what makes it taste even better. Other coffee shops just see you as a number but here you will find next level service. The best coffee ☕ in Carnes Hill. Smooth & flavoursome. The coffee has a lovely Crema👍. Much better than the rubbish coffee ☕, they sell in the Macdonalds in Glen waters near the M7.

The line gets pretty long here, but they serve everyone very quickly regardless. The coffee is decent and the staff are all friendly.

This Gloria Jean's I find is very good. The service is quick, the drinks are great. I ordered recently a mudslide mocha and it was so nice, I enjoyed all of it, it had the right amount of coffee and chocolate together.
Also very clean.

It's a chain,
I would not order food from here it's always bulk bought and heated up in microwave.

Cakes are generally stale.

However coffee is consistent.
So the 5 stars is for coffee and service.

I go hear regularly the team knows me and my order. The regular blend can sometimes be bitter. The soreno blend is more mild.

Went through the drive thru late night and was surprised how quick and efficient they were. There was a long line but we didn't have to wait long. Friendly staff too. Recommend to all and will definitely go back 👍
