We have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Linda for over 4 months trying to find an amazing home to purchase in Ararat. It actually all starting on conference calls as we were still living in Darwin. Linda understood what we were looking for but we kept missing out for a few different reason. After we thought we found our home the sellers actually pulled their house off the market and we were really saddened by this but just when we thought we would have to wait a lot longer to find a home Linda was able to obtain a stunning home for us off market. We put an offer in that day and it was accepted.

Absolutely stoked with dealing with Michael. Gave us the walk through of the house, we placed our offer the following day and Michael was on the go to start the process. Linda was easy to deal with, Linda was the first agent I met in the Ararat elders office as I was planning to sell my property at the time. She worked hard on behalf me by arranging paperwork, Convincers and then found the potential buyers who paid a good price while it sold off market.
