I give this store 5/5. The young gentleman that served us was polite and knowledgeable. He made a sale which is rare for me to spend money at Harvey's as staff at other stores have not been, let's just say good.

I have bought all my electrical goods from here, I have nothing but good things to say about this store , quality products at reasonable prices, I also commend them on photo printing , I had a lot of photos which I printed off my mobile phone and they came out excellent like professional photography

I brought an item from Harvey Norman,and had a problem with it,I took it back to the store and it was working there,but not at home.Brendan one of the staff at the Ararat store made a house call to see what the problem was in his own time.That is exellent customer service.
