I could not be happier with the service I received from Renee. I wanted a French Lay limestone or travertine and was agonising over how to tell if the stone was right when there is natural variation in each piece. Renee offered to get me a full flat lay of the 7 different pieces and this just helped me so much. I put them around the house in various different lights and it really gave me the confidence I needed. We ordered and the product quality is beautiful. Everyone comments on the stone.

We were holidaying from Sydney and thought we would take time to check out tiles for a project at home. We were prepared to freight if we saw something we liked. Renee was refreshingly honest and said the freight costs would be substantial.
Despite the fact there was nothing in it for her, she could not have been more helpful in providing information and useful advice. This level of customer service and honesty is rare. I recommend Renee and her business to anyone looking for tiles and pavers on the far North Coast.

Fantastic tile store in Billinudgel. Renee goes out of her way to help you find what you're looking for or will order it in for you. There's a good variety of products in the store and its super close to Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads etc. Nice work!

Brandon is nothing short of an artist and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to visit the shop, even just to see the skill in the displays and have a chat about design ideas with the lovely Reneè.

Excellent, lots of info, very friendly, Brandon has extensive experience in tiling and design. Good prices will definitely be buying from here. Just getting some ideas about bathroom wall tiles with a trim, lots of choice, lots to think about. Renee very helpful.

Brandon was a great help with floor design, tile choices, ensuring the floor tiles in one room, although different, flowed into the next room without abrupt discontinuity keeping it all pleasing to the eye. Two bathrooms, powder room then floor tiles throughout the house, plus a few feature walls as well. Oh yes, and the pool too. Brandon got it all to work together. A free consultation which took around 3 hours. Brandon then visited my house just to make sure the selections worked on site. I would highly recommend Brandon for his design expertise and also the range of high quality tiles available through his shop, Essence in Bilinudgel. We are lucky to have good customer service on the north coast.
