I had my first acupuncture treatment with Caitlin for a surfing injury on my knee. The whole treatment was pain free and I felt positive results a couple days later. Caitlin was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process during the treatment. 100% recommend and will be back!

This is the best investment I’ve ever made for my body. Caitlin is magic. The space feels like I’m coming home each week! I’ve recommended her to so many peers and acquaintances and now we are all hooked! I’ve seen a few acupuncturists, however Caitlin’s knowledge and passion for womens health is unlike anyone I’ve seen before. I consistently feel at ease, seen and heard. I walk in feeling the strains of life and float out feeling wonderful and light again. Cannot recommend Billi Health enough!

As a horse rider and physical person I am a frequent client at Billi Health, I walk in out of sorts and walk out feeling amazing.
These results also last a significant amount of time and due to the affordability I am able to keep my sessions regular resulting in longevity and better overall health and well being.
I have always been a big fan of massage but was relatively new to acupuncture and cupping.
I had previously had a negative experience with acupuncture elsewhere so was somewhat sceptical of having my first session. Caitlin has completely changed that for me, she is so gentle and effective and a wealth of knowledge. She reads my body incredibly well and has helped me immensely.
I have grown to love acupuncture and my favourite part of my sessions is the cupping which is also done in a lovely way that feels really, really good.
The clinic itself is quiet, clean, smells amazing and is aesthetically pleasing. The town of Billinudgel is very mellow and has excellent free on street parking - unlike most of the Byron Shire at current.
The Indian restaurant next door is also great if you have just had a late session and want take away! So convenient haha.
Could not recommend this facility more.

Claire's work in acupuncture, massage and cupping is nothing short of amazing. Ive been receiving treatment in this modality for years and moved up here 6 months ago worried i wouldn't find anyone as good as my last practitioner in Melbourne. Then i met Claire - she's a master with the needles, i don't feel any pain in the process, her treatment flow is nothing like ive experienced in the past and find it deeply healing, nourishing and my body and mind respond accordingly. Thank you Claire for being such critical part of my self care routine and healing over the past few months. Thank you also for allowing my dog to relax and soak up the calm vibes in the corner too. She enjoys her time there as much as i do.
