Broken Hill Tourist Park

We had an unexpected stop due to a caravan break down. Broken Hill Tourist Park were absolutely fantastic. We booked a cabin, without knowing our true duration and the team work with us day to day until our caravan was ready. Our cabin was clean, great fridge , aircon (43 degree heat when we were there) and amenities were clean and spacious. Our cabin had a kitchen which was stocked with simple equipment to make meals, including kettle and toaster. The park is very well set out with amenities close by and children play area . Highly recommend

Due to very weather conditions and road closures on way to Silverton, so needed to stop in Broken Hill with our caravan. Came to this caravan park. People were friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Swimming pool, BBQ facilities, camp kitchen all. If you had kids there is a jumpy pillow though not operating due to bad weather. Quiet c/van park.
Great find and surprisingly not as expensive as I thought it would be. Great job to who own and work here. Will definitely stay there again.

Have been travelling Australia and the shared amenities at this caravan park have been so far the best!

Bathrooms are spotless, seem newly renovated and the shower area is like being in your own newly renovated bathroom at home!

Will certainly stay here again when passing through Broken Hill.

Wow! This would have to be by far the BEST bathroom amenities we have experienced at a caravan park across Australia, the lady and gentleman on reception were lovely, location was great and the campsites are located nice and close to the amenities.

$37 for an unpowered site isn’t too bad considering the facilities are kept nice and they are renovating the park, will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

Overall awesome! Great place to stop and explore the area.

Great little caravan park that suited our needs perfectly. Comfortable cabin which had much needed air conditioning (VERY hot in January) plus a well maintained pool and amenities. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We asked if we could change from a powered site to a cabin the staff went out of their way to help us out & provided us with a lovely, clean & spacious cabin. The park’s facilities, amenities & grounds were clean & kept well. If driving through Broken Hill, we recommend to take a break with Broken Hill Tourist Park.

I love the text they send out saying "they're looking forward to seeing me there, and to drive safe". Was a nice little touch. I rented a cabin and when I got there it was really hot after a long drive. To which the lady said she turned the aircon on for me, which was spectacular. Great service, I would highly recommend.

Powered site with a camper trailer. Bark chip base is good and fresh, pegs go in easily enough, nice and level. Excellent showers and toilets, like really excellent 👌. Camp kitchen is well appointed and BBQs work well. Pool is nice, freezing after a warm day but exactly what we needed. Front reception staff kind and welcoming. Thank you!

We chose Broken Hill as somewhere we had never been and pulled up to caravan park easy to find .pool /jumping pillow/ bbqs clean and tidy.They were planting trees and watering lines to make evan better .New amenities price was good lots of room not over crowded. Would not hesitate to recommend. We had 22foot van and 4x4.

Had an absolutely flawless experience recently here! Owners were very welcoming and explained exactly how to get to my powered site, noted the amenities and how to get to them - 10/10 recommend for anyone passing through - will definitely be using them in future!

We had powered sites Bark 131 and 132 and they were great, plenty of room. The staff at Broken Hill Tourist Park are courteous and very helpful. The amenities are also excellent. We have stayed here before and will be back. Thank you.

The facilities have been updated since our last stay and they are pristine. Staff very friendly and our site was easily accessible. Overall our stay was very good. Sunsets are wonderful as well.

I only stayed one night on my way through. Staff were very helpful. The cabin was clean, tidy and had great amenities.
Will stay again if in the area.

We had a powered pine chip caravan site no. 110 for 4 nights plenty of room for both van & car. Ammenities were amazing very clean & modern. Great customer service via text messages. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Broken Hill and wants a central base.

A huge thank you to Aileen and Dave who came to our rescue. After a long day of driving from Qld and finding no accommodation at Cobar or anywhere surrounding it because everything booked out we managed to finally find accommodation, they arranged everything for us and had keys waiting for us at 1am to check in. Service was friendly and accommodation was lovely. Definitely recommend and will stay there again if I'm ever in Broken Hill again.

Great customer service on a last minute booking, amenities block was clean and modern, site was tidy and large.
I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending to family and friends.

Been here many times with our van.I love it because it's Brokenhill.Close to everything but with a bush setting behind it.Easy to put the van in,got a pool and camp kitchens and catering for all forms from tents to 5th wheelers and even large motor homes.Cant go wrong with this one.

Neat park with clean amenities.
We lashed out & had an ensuit. It was great. Newly renovated. & wonderful shower.
The only thing is ... idiots speeding around kicking up dust
