Yankalilla Bakery

Wow!! What a great bakery. There were 4 of us & it was packed out being ANZAC Day. We got served in good time. Every one of us had something different, & we all said the food was so good. In fact, 2 people went back for more. I would highly recommend giving this great little place a go. You will not be disappointed.

Simple but great baked goods. Plenty of choices and staff were very friendly. Definitely would come back. Tried a Pie and scone, both were great.

My pasties have been so scrumptious that I'd forgotten to take a photo, not once, but many times. Their fingers buns are great, too. The staff are always happy and cheery no matter how busy they are.
TIP.... don't go too late in the day or you'll miss out on your favourite item.

A recent encounter from Perth to Yankalilla, came across its local bakery.
Had to travel 2,700klm and would probably do it again, just to eat pastries and pies from here.
We are fortunate many country towns, are blessed with good pubs, post offices, butchers and bakeries.
These people would be successful anywhere, in any city, and deserve our support, even if you have to travel to the bottom of South Australia

Every time I go to Yankalilla , I always go to Yankalilla Bakery and have a pie or pasty and a bun. The country bakeryfood always to me taste really delicious, and the prices are most reasonable. Plenty of good parking, and I do recommend anyone who wants a quick meal to visit the establishment. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a large bakery capable of accomodating big groups. They make coffee and have a good variety of other drinks available. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. My partner and I ate the vegan pasty which was the best we had ever eaten. The pastry on all baked goods looks golden and flaky. Lots of staff were working so we didn’t have to wait long. I understand why this place is so popular. We will be back.

The sausage roll was close to the best I've tasted. I'll go back for a pie and coffee with confidence that it will be quality.

It's your typical country bakery in the best way possible. We had 4 different slices and they were great. The chocolate gluten free slice was tasty and moist (to be fair I always have low expectations for GF sweets). Staff were friendly and prices reasonable.

Me and my wife came here to the bakery for the first time today my wife had a pasty and I had a steak bacon and cheese pie and a vanilla royal and I have to say that this is the best pie and pasty we have ever had it was so nice we went back in bought some more for tomorrow we will definitely be back here what a treat and what a great place and very great and friendly customer service from all the staff they obviously enjoy theyre jobs here as you can always tell as it shows in the
buisness and environment they work thank loads 👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊😊.

Excellent new cafe for this area. The food is all freshly made and the coffee i on point.
The Aesthetics are nice and staff make you feel at home.
Looking forward to see how things progress into the future.
Exciting addition to the Fleurieu, will be back.

Great brekky pie, my brother recons it would be the drive from Port Noarlunga just to buy a nother one

All the food here is fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed my tom yum chicken pie. Great place to be adventurous with your pie choices and try something new!

Fantastic country bakery and coffee shop in Yankalilla. A must stop when travelling through Yankalilla. Helpful and friendly staff.

Omg this bakery is amazing and I can't not drive past without going there. The pepper pasty is very yummy. Kitchener Bun also a winner

The food is excellent. Go for the pies. Loved the chicken and the steak & mushroom. Sausage rolls are not bad, but ok. Excellent coffee too. Best place to grab a bite before going further South. Not many options after that. No wonder it's packed during the holidays. At one point, there was a line going out the door.
