Very friendly staff and have helped me so much. My bank of choice and would never change. no fees for people who have a hcc and if you deposit 2000 or over you won't occur any fees if you don't have a hcc. the savings accounts are high yielding just for a basic one compared to other of the 4 big banks. great service and great products. security measures are great as well. can lock your account and unlock it with some for of id and bank card. have helped me alot in the past couple of months and before that they have always sent me good offers just for being a valued member. no other banks had offered me discounts on anything. and a wide range of products to chose from (debit,credit,overdraft) they have also considered in covid times to be open when many shops aren't and I was very please with the service. if you dont bank with them, do some research and have a look at their rates compared to others. The rates can't be beaten in my point of view. Bank for everyone. Thanks
