Very thankful for the team at Hagan’s. They helped me out on short notice when my air conditioning failed on one of the hottest days of the year, traveling from Newcastle to Melbourne with my cat.
They were super fast and helped me out even though it was close to closing time.

I have always received exceptional service and courtesy from Hagans. This Christmas they were willing and able to help my visiting son in law out of a n issue which would otherwise leave his vehicle unroadworthy.

I had an amazing experience with these guys.

My stereo had broken in my car, so I called around and someone gave me a quote of $170 and they wouldn't be able to fit me in that day.

I called up Hagan's and they told me to come in.

My experience with these guys was the best. Super friendly, knew what they were doing and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

The other people wanted to charge me $170, while Hagan's only charged me $30!

Hagan's was happy to help a walk in. Listened, looked up my car details, checked m car over immediately, fixed my car, shaking my hand 30 minutes after I walked in the door. Cheaper than elsewhere who were just going to investigate for the problem Thanks Hagan's for not trying to rip a woman off and for doing a great job. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service.
I took my car to Hagan's in Wodonga to have the horn fixed and a new head unit installed. After the head unit had been installed and I'd picked up the car my wife noticed that the backlight on the gears wasn't working. I took the car back and the guys fixed the issue as part of the warranty. A few weeks later I noticed that the radio had poor reception (which it hadn't before the new head unit was installed) so I contacted the guys again and they fixed this also under warranty with no additional charges. At no time were stand-offish about fixing the issues or put out by me coming back to them twice so I'd recommend them for their outstanding customer service.

Amazing service actually the top of their of game Had a central locking issue which open up a Pandora box. With patience all round the problem was rounded up. Much appreciated. Thanks to all the team there

We were traveling with our caravan when we discovered an electrical problem, so we call into see these guys, they more than accommodating even though they were very busy, got parts in for us and fixed the problem, and the price was more than reasonable, would highly recommend.
