Love this op shop. Lovely volunteers. Always polite and helpful. Heaps of stuff all the time. Good sales as well.

Good range of second hand goods including clothing, toys, household items and books. Helpful friendly staff.

Lifeline is close to work and I've regularly gotten great items.

Friendly staff and easy dropoff.

Clean recycled clothing affordable prices, recycling at it's best

Good second hand store, no furniture and a bit hard to find items but all in all good

This used to be my favourite op-shop however prices have increased significantly and in my opinion unfairly. I'm not visiting often anymore.

Absolutely disgusting. Witnessed a a young mother wanting to purchase clothes for her children and was given "wrong pricing" verbally. Staff were apologising for wrong price , and didnt allow lady to purchase with her $20. Customers tried to pay for this lady as it was children items and obviously needed, but were refused to be allowed to pay on her behalf. This lady left in tears. Disgusting behaviour from staff. Meant to be "lifeline" yet treated awful.

witnessed how a customer was treated by 4 staff members behind the counter infront of other customers. Once she had left these staff members continued to discuss the even that had taken place within hearing range of all others in the shop. This is meant to be lifeline for those in desperate need.

Used to love this op shop. However they have raised prices by alot but dont tell you till you get to the till. Signs say 1 dollar each, but they charged me 2.70 ea and told me it was a good price 'because they could put it on eBay' that is wrong and bad business practice. I was happy to pay but that fact they did that is so wrong. Happened to the lady after me too was charged 9 dollars over ticket price because her item was a collectors item. I know they are a charity but pretty sure that's not okay.

Visited store yesterday at 2.50pm. I had 4 bags of goods to drop in. Trouble opening door. Lady came & said they were closed, but took my goods. Wouldn't let the people behind me in. If your hours are till 3pm, that is what the public expect.
