I have just sold my first home through Rudy Yonson Real Estate. I initially obtained appraisals from a couple of local agents. They didn’t come across as ‘schmick’ and flashy as the other agents, but I chose to go with them as Michael and Clinton (and Kylie in the office) came across as really genuine, decent people. I know they worked really hard to get the sale – I’m guessing Clinton did nearly 15 (or more) private inspections in addition to the open houses. There was no pressure to sell quick and take low-ball offers, and in the end, the house sold for a price above the top of the ranges quoted by the other agents. Hence I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again. David G.

The service from Rudy Yonson and Clint from his team was fantastic. They gave me an honest appraisal and sold the property within a few weeks with a smooth transaction. His approach was professional and at every point I felt I was in the drivers seat and he was consulting where he needed to get my input. After selling my house he then sold the house next door which had been struggling with another agent for the prior six months. Overall I can't rate Rudy, Clint and his admin team highly enough. Five Stars!

Rudy was recommended to us a couple of years ago to get an appraisal done on our investment property to see if it was worth selling, at the time it wasn't. Fast forward 2 years and the timing was perfect so contacted Rudy again and the appraisal made it worth selling. Took his advise on staging the property which gained us $15 to $20k. Certainly worth the outlay. Clinton had 2 offers within 4 days - SOLD. Highly recommend Rudy and his team.
