We were in the road from Melbourne and made an Enquiry at the nearest Jay Car about a brass monkey ice maker on special for one day. Jennifer was super friendly and efficient said she would hold one for us until 3 PM on busy Boxing Day sale time - she was cool and efficient. When I walked in iit was crazy busy - the guy who served me was great as well and Jennifer saw the ice maker and made a point to say Hi - excellent service

I have been a fan of jaycar for some years. Among many purchases is a brass monkey 75L fridge freezer. Originally purchased in Mareeba in October 2021 it was faulty so was replaced in Rockhampton. No hesitation. A few days ago my unit developed a fault. Jaycar albury replaced it again. No hesitation. My unit operates 24/7 and travels in my bt50 twin cab, so it gets a lots of use. Having a company who so willingly address problems is a blessing. And the staff at all stores have been exemplary. I really cannot fault Jaycar and commend them unreservedly.

I had a great experience with Chris, he asked me a load of questions to ensure he was giving me accurate info. I really appreciated this.
They had the batteries and leads I needed.
I didn’t give him the biggest purchase of the day but he gave me great service.

This is arguably the best Electronics Store I have been to in years. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Having shopped there on a number of occasions and have always been able to purchase what I was looking for. They have even given advice when I have phoned asking for help.
