Will was very helpful during the entire quoting process and answered all my questions and concerns. On the day they came even earlier than initially planned with calls ahead of time telling me as much. Both Luke and Will came on site, talked me through everything and did a fantastic job.

Will is a top bloke - he was responsive and transparent. He explains the details and ensures you understand the work that will be carried out. The man really knows about EV charging, he explained the different set-ups and let me do the choosing with no pressure. Pricing was great and transparent. Will was exceptional - ours was a job that required a number of stages over a month or so, and he was always reliable and on time. It's usually hard to get a tradie to get back to you, but Will's communication was first rate, even going so far as to make follow up phone calls to check everything is still good. I'll be calling him next time we need electrical work.

Finally a tradesman who answers his phone, doesn't make you feel like you're interrupting their day and wants your business.
Called Will, he answered my questions, gave me a quote and then made an appointment to have a ceiling fan installed.
Confirmed prior to the installation, rang and asked if he could arrive early. Installed the fan, no fuss and even insisted on vacuuming the space.

Absolute delight hiring MWS to install 4 Ceiling fans and 3 powerpoints.. Will worked in 33 degree HEAT and did a magnificent job.. He even recommended installing a new batton light and downlights in my kitchen so I have much better lighting now. Will and Jacob did a great job swapping out a floodlight. They were communicative, efficient and went above and beyond to offer advice on other aspects of the home.
