Star Craigieburn is a great car wash, they have Staff which is very polite and professional. I leave the car and walk the dog in meantime. They always text when the car is ready for pickup.

Getting my car washed here from a while..every time had an amazing service..always got my car spotless from inside and shiny from outside..highly recommended…they marked another permanent customer..good job guys.

The car was well cleaned bar a few things but I have to mention that there was absolutely zero customer service. Pretty rude tbh.

A couple of places were missed, for example, In the rear seat, they didn't pull the divider down to clean. When I opened it, the dirt and grime was just there. Took the car back and they were kind enough to clean it.

With regards to customer service,
This is how the convo went.

"Show me your car. Keys. Ok come back at 1 pm"

I went at 1 pm and they said 20 min. Thats okay, understandable, but when I went at 1:20 pm, he said

"Very dirty car man, very dirty car. This is the best we can do."
I felt the car was dirty (not as much as you described) and thats why I needed a full interior detaling didnt't I?

This is not how you treat a customer!

Please focus on customer service but in terms of car detailing itself, I dont want to give 4 stars just because a couple of spots were missed, given it was a 36 degree summer day and you worked out doors.

Staff is very nice and polite. Going there regularly from last 2 years. They are very helpful and easy going.

Had a great exterior wash for only 30 bucks. The guys did a great job. We took our other car up there the next day and got it done as well. Great job and we'll keep going back.

Did a marvellous impeccable van wash. They detailed the interiors and exterior flawless.
They were also willing to do it in a short notice. A really great crew and always there to take care of your vehicle making sure you smile on the way out.
