The house is lovely however the management left a lot to be desired. The company—Hideaway—asked for our feedback in the middle of our stay. When we replied citing the lack of soap, washing powder, light bulbs etc, they ignored it. Then at the conclusion of our stay, requested a review, saying that they valued their rating and if there were problems we should tell them before reviewing. When we reminded them of our complaint....nothing. They are complete amateurs.
