Kohlis Waterfront Indian Restaurant

We were down for a quick overnight stay for our birthday and decided to have something other than fish and chips.

We looked up Kohlis and decided to book an early table

We were served instantly and when we got the food we were blown away by the quality.

It was absolutely delicious and worth every $

They have kingfisher!! And offer free papdums🤤

We had mix starter platter which had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, everything on it tasted fine. It was a good mix for those who want to have both the options available.

In main course we had paneer lababdar, veg zalfrazi and green naan, veg naan. Everything tasted as it should be. The spices in each dish was reasonable.

My husband had mango lassi and I had kingfisher… and yep again.. no complaints.

Won’t come back again since we are leaving town tomorrow morning, but definitely recommend it to anyone in this area and craving for good Indian food. Thank you!!

Oh and did I forgot to say the place was full at 6pm. I think they take reservations so it might worth getting reservation.

We had an amazing experience at Kohlis. It was nothing short of spectacular by any means. Full marks to ambience, location, breathtaking views, high standards of customer service and delicious food. What else you want when you are on holidays and want a relaxing day to enjoy good food and family time. We will definitely visit again. Best wishes to Gagan, Babz and the team at Kohlis 👏✨

The rice was fluffy and curries were hot

Perfect. The location is excellent - right on the waterfront. Food was very good and the staff were efficient and friendly. We recently moved to the area, having had an excellent and highly regarded Indian restaurant near our previous home, and we have travelled extensively in India for extended periods. We were both very impressed with Kohlis and intend to make a regular thing of dining at there.

We dined there as a party of four and opted for the banquet. The service was impeccable and we were blown away by how delicious the food was! The portions sizes are HUGE so the value for money is unbelievable. Regrettably, we were not able to take away our leftovers as we are from out of town but it could have fed us for another 2 meals. Highly recommend this incredible restaurant with stunning waterfront views.

Second time visiting Kohli's as we were down from Sydney again. Each time the food, service and atmosphere have been amazing! Both my partner and I refuse to eat indian when we are back home because of how authentic and delicious this place is!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the view of the restaurant and plenty of dining space for big crowds. I had Naan and Chicken Madras curry, spicy level was good, and naan was fresh. I highly recommend and had a great time here. I also got complimentary papadam👍

Heartfelt thank you for the great sumptuous food to the management & staff at Kohli's Waterfront Indian Restaurant at Batemans Bay. It was a real culinary experience and the specials of Punjabi goat with the Paneer lababdar were simply finger licking.

One of the best Indian meals we have had in a while.
Special thanks for the amazing special drinks, those were something to taste and revive my palate. We will surely be back for more delightful tastes!

After a long time, a really good indian food. Being good cooks ourselves, we hardly go to Indian restaurants as the food we cook at home is already better than most of the restaurants. But Kohli's Restaurant made us so happy. Service is very fast and food taste plus quality is also one of the best.

Dined here while holidaying in Batemans Bay. The food was tasty and well spiced. Service was impressive. Staff even went to the trouble of entertaining our little daughter who was not in a very good mood that evening. Enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Highly recommended for lovers of good Indian food and hospitality.

Great view; lovely staff; it gets quite busy (even off season).

The food was nice. The portions seem initially small but were actually really good. We had to ask for a take away container.

Great place for dinner in the area.

I would like to start by thanking Saurav,Di, Noami, Raman and Gagan. We had a wonderful evening because the whole experience was great. Saurav and Gagan went out of the way to prepare a beautifully tailored dish for my daughter and she loved it , can't thank them enough. Service was quick and efficient and food was excellent. Staff is so friendly and courteous that you would like to spend more time there. They make you feel comfortable and looked after. We have been to so many Indian restaurants but never have had such tasty breads and curries. We will surely visit again and soon.

The food is best and chicken is halal here Muslim people come and try their food is you don’t like you can comment and tell but I am sure you will love it they have really good service and taste I come for dinner every day

Good indian place with an amazing view. We had veg options today. Spices and taste was good. No food colouring used. Great taste.

We just loved this wonderful indian food!!! Had a table with view over the sea, delicious Naan bread, fantastic curry and paneer with spinach.... to be recommended without hesitation!

Great restaurant with lovely views, delicious food and very friendly service. We really appreciated being able to have our big dog on the deck while dining out on holiday here . Highly recommend!

Went here for lunch with my baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got me a baby chair And helped with the pram. Pricey but you get what you pay for and the food was amazing. The cheese naan was particularly good. Thank you to the staff

Had a take away chicken & mango for lunch. The meal was prepared and and served in quick time. There was enough to also have it for dinner. Highly recommend you visit for a superb experience.
