Great place to visit and have a picnic. Maintained well and plenty of space to set up away from others if you desire.

Fantastic place to spend a day, grass is greener and the landscape is amazing. If you're into kayaking, good spot among the water plants. Get lost in the pines jungle. Covered area for picnic and functions.

A beautiful spot to put a kayak in the water and go exploring all the little hidden spots along the river. Once you’re done paddling there is plenty of space to lounge on the grass under the shade of the trees or have a run around on the lawns. A magical spot!

This place is unbelievably beautiful. Looking across the dam felt like we were in Queenstown and yet looking back over your shoulder at the mountains you could mistake yourself as being in Austria!
We joked about how this would be the perfect spot to do a remake of ‘The Sound of Music’.
Pack your own lunch and water though as no where close to buy food and the water isn’t for drinking. Signage everywhere to boil all water before use.
Pack your kayaks, fishing rod, outdoor sporting gear.. as this place has you covered for a day outdoors. Some nice historical signs to give you the background of the farm, and where the name comes from. Also electric bbqs and fire bbqs available throughout the park.

It was empty when I visited. Calm, quiet and peaceful. Then it rained, of course! Get yourself down to this place is you need some peace in your life 🙏🏻

Stunning hidden gem! I came across Crams Farm whilst I was trying to find a location to film our host talking about Wollumbin in the background for an episode of ‘Escape From The City’ on the ABC. There were a lot of options however when I found a beautiful photo online of a lake with the mountain in the background I knew I had to fill my here ...however there wasn’t much information as to where this was so I spent hours while on google maps trying to work out where it could have been taken and if this was the place.
I’m sure there are some busy school holidays here however this is definitely a place where if you know it’s here, you know - but if you don’t then it’s unlikely you’ll ever stumble across it which is good!
When my crew arrived we were the only ones here and it was a beautiful blue bird sunny day...definitely will be coming back here.

An excellent place to visit, except you can't camp overnight. See this place before the Dam is raised in a few years too 8 metres. Such a shame to do this too a great place. Then again this is progress.

A nicer place for a picnic or BBQ. Good for bird watching, but keep in mind opening hours

What a beautiful tranquil setting. It's hard to find a space of seclusion these days without being crowded by masses of people. This place was perfect for a romantic lunchtime picnic.

An absolute jewel hidden away in the Tweed River Valley. Well worth the drive. Serene, easy access to the water for paddling, and the lake is stocked with Bass if you like to have a fish!

So peaceful, the most breathtaking scenery all around you. Great amenities. Paddle out in the kayak and just sit in the silence, Its an incredible experience. So much space in the grounds, there is something for everyone. Gas or wood bbq's. Covered seating or set up under the trees or out in the open. I love this place and will miss it when the dam is extended.

This is a really nice place for a family picnic (remember when we did them!). It has an extensive shoreline with epic mountain views all around. Throw in a few historical buildings for added interest and beautiful old trees scattered across the open lawns and you've got a ready made day out. Bring your SUP or canoe for extra fun.
Do watch out for the odd snake by the water edge that's looking for frogs or sunning itself.

A staggeringly beautiful park. Huge, lots of room, great Vistas. Electric and wood BBQ.

About Uki
Village in AustraliaUki is a village situated near Mount Warning in the Tweed Valley of far northern New South Wales, Australia in the Tweed Shire. At the 2011 census, Uki had a population of 765 people. Its name may have come from an aboriginal word for "small water plant with a yellow flower and edible root". The name UKI was actually derived from the limber mills in the area. Prime timber for export was marked UK 1, as in timber destined for the United Kingdom - grade 1. Hence UK1, which colloquially named the township UKI. source
